How to Prevent Pimples

Pimples are one of those things in life; nobody really wants to talk about, especially if you have long gone through puberty. However, many women still suffer from blemished skin during adulthood, and occasionally get pimples which are hard to get rid of, no matter how much they cleanse their skin. Some may be surprised that celebrities and supermodels are not excluded from those imperfections.

In other cases, it might be wrong care routines, and even unsuitable skincare products can leave you with a skin that does not look its best. Often that is followed by unsightly skin inflammations. Once your skin has reached this state, it can be challenging to restore your otherwise great complexion.

In this article I would like to show you some habits, you might not be aware of, which can leave you with those blemishes.

You always have your hands on your face

Whether in the office, while sitting at the PC, at lunch with your colleagues, while talking on the phone or watching TV - we often don't notice how thoughtlessly we touch the face throughout the day. Since we cannot always keep our hands clean, we might bring germs to our face, which then results in pimples. One way to mitigate that is to always have a hand sanitiser with you or to wash your hands several times during the day.

Not thoroughly cleaning your makeup brushes

Many women may not know that, but every brush you use for your makeup is prone to collect dirt. Dirty brushes and sponges not only collect dust, oil and dander, they also can accumulate bacteria. This can easily lead to redness on the skin, pimples or even acne. Therefore, the most expensive makeup brush does not help if you not clean it regularly. Preferably use a product which was developed for this purpose.

Two other reasons for an imperfect complexion are

  • Your diet. Spicy food often shows up in your face!

  • You are trying too many antiacne products at the same time.

Here is what we suggest

  • Always try to have clean hands or remind yourself not to touch your face.

  • Cleanse your brushes and sponges regularly

  • Eat healthy

  • Throw out all your antiacne products and try the Deep Purifying Cleanser for acne-prone skin. This cleanser is a premium product which does not just cleanse the surface of your skin. The Deep Purifying Cleanser goes deep into your pores and washes away excess oils, dead skin cells, pollutants, and bacteria that cause acne. This cleanser has been formulated especially for all those with sensitive acne-prone skin. After regular use, your skin will look younger, glowing but most of all presents without blemishes.

Directions:

Work into a lather and smooth over moistened face with lukewarm water. Pat dry. Follow up with Cream for Acne-Prone Skin.
